Crystal Computer Solutions March 2010 pricing structure

Standard hourly support rates (all prices exclusive of VAT) :-

Home: PCs £30.00

Business: PCs up to 5 networked PCs or on single server based network: £40.00

Business PCs over 5 networked PCs or multi-server based network: £55.00

Fixed price secure system disposal per PC, Laptop or server: £20.00

Computer Audit (PCs or Servers) -  Up to 5 PCs £12 each 5- 10 PCs £10 each 10 + PCs £8

Preferential regular monthly contract rates available please speak to us about your requirements.  Work outside these parameters to be quoted following inspection.

Regular working hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm. Support outside of these times and at weekends and Bank Holidays may be charged at a higher rate.

New support issues remotely or via telephone will require a Paypal payment in advance.

Minimum support time scales:

Telephone/E-mail  - 15 mins per event -subsequent time charged in 15 min increments

Remote support - 30 mins per session subsequent time charged in 30 min increments

On-site - 60 mins subsequent time charged in 30 min increments,

Travel time charged at 50% of hourly rate - mileage rate 40p per mile ( for trips over 15 miles)

Other expenses recharged at cost

All work invoiced with a detailed  work report and recommendations where applicable

Business terms:

Strictly 7 working days from invoice date, payment by BACS/ CHAPS or cheque using the invoice number as a reference, cash, credit card via  PAYPAL may be made used please ask us if you require this service. Invoices will be e-mailed direct in PDF format along with any supporting documentation as required. Interest will be charged on overdue payments. Full payment details displayed on invoices.  All invoice queries should be notified within the 7 days else the invoice will be deemed correct and payable as sent. We take our terms and conditions seriously and will enforce them.
